Margaret discovered the delicate oolong teas while living in Taiwan. There, she grew to appreciate both their aroma and taste, while realising an accompanying sense of greater well being. This led her to complete her studies as a Tea Master under Nancy Chao and from there to write her first book 'The Spirit of Tea Making. A Simple Guide to Enjoying Taiwanese Tea'
Back in Europe Margaret devotes her time not only to furthering her own journey into the wonderful world of quality teas but also in sharing her knowledge and discovery with others during workshops.
Each workshop is structured around the appreciation of three different choice quality oolongs. The teas are presented in the traditional Taiwanese spirit of ‘Ang jing’ while participants learn of the origins of and delicate processing methods specific to each oolong.
